A childhood memory, as vivid as yesterday, shaped my destiny as a wedding photographer. A burst pipe transformed our basement into an impromptu pool, tragically soaking my mother's irreplaceable, handmade wedding dress.

Yet, in the middle of the devastation, a magical world unfolded. My sisters and I transformed the stained gown into a bridal masterpiece, spending countless hours in make-believe ceremonies. With our little Instamatic cameras, we captured imaginary vows and receptions, our laughter echoing through the damp basement. Little did I know that these childhood games were planting the seeds for a lifelong passion.

The joy of capturing those fleeting moments, the importance of preserving memories, and the magic of love stories— began in that flooded basement.
